Technically sound, competent and passionate workforce is the backbone for growth & advancement for any country and so THE SKILL WHEEL has been established with this mission, focused on enhancing competence of individuals and helping organisations in their drive to achieve Operational Excellence. 

We conduct training on a variety of subjects, which are of immense importance to today’s businesses. The courses are customised to impart practical knowledge, which help people relate to their organisation’s day to day working. We also support industries to improve their operational performance and interpersonal skills.

Our founder and principle mentor is Mr. Shalabh Capoor, a BITS Pilani, Mechanical Engineering Alumnus & an MBA in HR having Industrial exposure of more than 45 Years, in different Industries. For 37 years, he has worked in companies, handling different functions, in a variety of Mechanical, Electronic and Chemical Products, starting as an engineer & finally heading a Consumer Durable Business as a CEO.
