Leveraging our diversified knowledge and vast Industrial experience we have set out on a path to impart and share our learnings with others, keeping in view the dynamic external environment, relentless technological advancement and ever changing organisational realities.
We provide training on a variety of subjects that are of immense importance to today’s businesses and our courses are designed to impart practical knowledge which helps people relate to the day to day working of their organisations.
Our founder and principle trainer is Mr. Shalabh Capoor, a BITS Pilani, Mechanical Engineering Alumnus and an MBA in HR and has an Industrial exposure of more than 45 Years, in a variety of Industries, out of which 37 years have been spent, working in different companies and handling different functions in Mechanical, Chemical and Electronic Products, starting as an engineer and finally heading a Consumer Durable Business as a CEO.
He has been instrumental in establishing two new business streams for the companies he worked for and has also successfully mentored the process of indegenising imported products at less than 3% of the cost. Under his mentorship, as the CEO, the unit also won the prestigious D.L. Shah National Quality Award, for Excellence, in SME category.
He has more than 30 years’ experience, of establishing, Auditing and upgrading Quality, Environment and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, both during his Industrial tenure and subsequently for last eight years, owing to his association with Internationally accredited certification body, M/s TuV India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of TuV Nord of Germany, as a Tutor for IRCA accredited Lead Auditor Courses as well as a Lead Auditor for all the three ISO standards namely ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. He is also a trained Six sigma Black Belt and a Certified ZED Assessor under Govt. of India ZED initiative
He has also been associated with ACMA, for conducting training on Business Excellence Initiatives for the last eight years and has also helped organisations in improving their Operational performance and establishing and upgrading their management systems as well as imparting Soft Skills trainings. In earlier years he has also been a visiting faculty to reputed MBA institutions for Operations, Strategic, HR and Project management subjects.
