FOR  ESTABLISHING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (ISO STANDARDS)

We follow two different approaches depending upon the organisation’s requirements:

 

a.     For Establishing a Complete new System:

1.     Initial interactions with the organisation to understand their requirements and agree on deliverables

2.     Conduct training to familiarise the organisation with the requirements of the standard

3.     Form a Core Team and provide the requisite inputs and templates to Core team members and guide them to customise the same matching the company’s processes

4.     Periodically monitor, modify and guide the core team to ensure documentation complies with the requirements of the standard.

5.     Implement the system and Get the system audited by Companies’ nominated representatives, under monitoring.

6.     Make necessary amendments to documents as deemed fit.

7.     Assist the company during Audit by Certification Body.

8.     Implement necessary modifications to comply to Certification body’s requirements till the company is certified.  

b.     For Upgrading an Existing System as per Revised Standard:

 

1.     Initial interactions with the organisation to understand their requirements and agree on deliverables

2.     Form a Core team, and check the system documentation to identify gaps as per standard’s requirements

3.     Impart training to Core Team members to clarify the modifications needed in the documentation

4.     Guide the core team members to prepare / modify the documentation to comply with the standard

5.     Ensure Implementation and get the system audited by Companies’ nominated representatives under monitoring

6.     Make necessary amendments to documents as necessary

7.     Assist the company during Audit by Certification Body

8.     Implement necessary modifications to comply to Certification body’s requirements till the company is certified.
